How this app works

Sidney’s Personal Assistant is a personal Google OAuth app used to connect a private assistant to Sidney’s own Google account. It is not a public service and is not intended for use by other people.

The app may request access to Google services such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Sheets, and Docs so it can help with everyday tasks like reviewing email, checking schedules, and creating calendar events after approval.

What the app does with information

  • Accesses only the Google account that explicitly authorizes it.
  • Uses account information to perform requested assistant tasks.
  • Does not sell personal information.
  • Does not share personal information with third parties except through the Google APIs needed to complete a task.
  • Requires user approval before taking important actions such as creating calendar events.

Access and control

Access can be reviewed or removed at any time from the Google account permissions page. If access is removed, the assistant can no longer use the connected Google services.
